Shipping policy
USPS/UPS is our standard shipping method. All shipments within the United States are shipped with delivery AND signature confirmation. You will receive a tracking number via email or text message to allow you to track your package in real-time and make any arrangements for delivery. Gemini Goddess Hair is not responsible for shipping and handling charges or restocking fees associated with refused or unclaimed packages. Refused packages and unclaimed packages will be assessed a 100% restocking fee. These fees are non-refundable. Gemini Goddess Hair is not responsible for any carrier delays. Please ensure you order far enough in advance to receive your items in time for appointments, events, etc.. Gemini Goddess Hair is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that are the result of a third party carrier. Once packages are confirmed with the carrier, all responsibility becomes that of the buyer.
International Shipping
EldoradoVirginHair ships to most international addresses. Please email info@EldoradoVirginHair.com. if you have any questions regarding shipping to your country. In an effort to prevent fraudulent purchases, we will ONLY ship to confirmed addresses. A confirmed address is an address that has been verified as belonging to the purchaser per matching credit card billing address. Please contact your credit card company or PayPal's Customer Service at 1-402-935-2050 or www.PayPal.com, with any questions related to confirming your shipping address.
Customs and Duty Taxes
All international orders are shipped via UPS or DHL depending on your location. Items shipped outside of the United States may be subject to import duties, taxes, and charges which are not included in the total cost of your order, nor will they be covered or reimbursed by Gemini Goddess Hair.
Gemini Goddess Hair is not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by customs, natural occurrences, transfers from UPS/DHL to the local carrier in your country or air, and group transportation strikes or delays once the package has exited the United States.
Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be before placing your order.
